I just got back from my trip to Utah which was awesome! First i got to see my family a lot which is amazing in and of itself. I got to go to lunch with Jamie which was really fun, then she gave me a tutu for my birthday. A tutu! I love it! I danced around her apartment with her daughter looking at me like I was a crazy person which is hard to get a one and a half year old to do. After which I made tutus for my 6 nieces and we all danced around my parents house like crazy people while my nephews looked at us like we were crazy people. I got to go to lunch with an old friend and then the girls I used to work with threw me an early birthday party. A SPONGEBOB birthday party. How cool are my friends?!? I got spongebob legos, a spongebob cake, not to mention spongebob tablecloth and dishes. And we made rubber bracelets for each other. Sunday night after playing with my family all day long, I got to hang out with two of my swing friends until early in the morning. All this after they had just completed an 8-11 hour trip from Denver. Aren't my friends amazing? They were even willing to dance with me a little. Then I got to come home to my boyfriend in DC. Life is good.
Hey! Brig saw your brother Mike on Monday. He had a meeting with him about Ohio and the school there for grad school. So...you last post was about being single and having a blog, but I think that you could easily remedy that. I mean you are out there in D.C. with Darren anyway, so you might as well get hitched and then we could go on fun married couple trips and stuff. :)
ReplyDeleteHee hee hee, I'll tell Darren you said that! Right now he's going to be going all over the place so I won't even see him. He also saw that post and he had a different reaction. He took it to mean single as in "not dating anyone" and he was a little offended. :)
